Delayed my package for 8 days because a word was misspelled (by DHL) on the packing slip. Ultra urgent specimen required for pathology prior to surgery. DHL "Customer Service" people were of no help whatsoever. Said it was my responsibility to inform them of delay but when I did they were unable to tell me what the problem was or how I might try to resolve it. So the package sat in Cincinnati for 8 days. They say it will be shipped tomorrow to final destination. Too late for me! Overall performance and useless "service" totally infuriating. No more DHL for me.
