Cute 2014 Thor 26A Chateau Class C. Contacted Customer Service regarding bed slide issues. "Diane " tried to be helpful in locating specs and part numbers to no avail...identifying digits were "cut off" on her computer. Requested she do further research and contact us with info...that was 3 weeks ago. We also emailed Thor Corp. without any response. Poor quality assurance. Would give "0" stars for customer service.
