I had a stroke last year that has limited my mobility severely. My wife works long hours out of town to be able to get sorely-needed medical insurance. I called to cancel my membership, in part because I'm unable to use the equipment, I'm completely unable to get there, and we're selling our house and moving out of town. The guy who answered the phone absolutely refused to cancel my $9.95/mo. membership without a signature. To recap: I CAN'T GET THERE.
