Financial rapists

I'm currently on the phone with corporate and have been transferred 3 times, and am on hold now. I have gotten a loan in 2016 and these people are STILL taking money out of my acct on a $250 loan claiming it's interest. My bank records show payments every month and they are still talking about interest. I have gotten a loan with them before on the same amount and it did not take darn near 3 years to pay off. I am LIVID!!! I will be moving a step forward with this madness...
