My husband and I are owners with Orange Lake Resort that's owned by Holiday Inn Club Vacation. We currently work tirelessly to keep up with payments for our property. That includes mortgage and maintenance fees throughout the year on top of our home bills. We couldn't even get off work for the 3 weeks we purchased. At this point we're tired of stressing trying to make ends meet and still can't use it outside our elected days because they're always booked. So in return, you get nothing! We tried investing in a vacation property thinking it would be a better option and no we totally disagree. Trying to speak to someone higher up concerning our property has been a hassle. No one is available or at least that's what customer services state. Total Loss! User's recommendation: Honestly You're better off vacation on your own time when money allows.
