Purchased a 09 Silverado the financial manager that no longer works there lied about sales tax amount to get me to pay sales tax. I reported to the DMV to tag vehicle and sales tax was triple the amount i was quoted. I paid them a visit to talk about financial issues and to receive my extended warranty oil change and tire rotation with a service engine light and low tire indicator light. The service manager came to me and said i had a low tire sensor out that there would be a deductible charge, which i asked him to fix, after a four an half hour wait paid my fee and got into my truck, after starting it the service engine light was still on, i confronted the service manger and his reply was i didn't tell him about it. Mr. Neil Welch was the most unprofessional service manager i have ever done business with, rude! The Crain Chevrolet dealership on i- 30 little rock, Arkansas is the most unprofessional dealership i have ever experienced in my life. I have been lied too and very poor service.
