FINANCE OFFICER LIED TO ME

After spending approximately $3,000 to refinance my home at a lower rate shorter term. They cut off communication. They were supposed to pay off my credit cards with my home equity. They did NOT.The mortgage servicing company continues to make mistakes with the billing. User's recommendation: Don't do business with Royal MortgageLLC.
