Filters Fast shipped damaged and unusable furnace filters and I cannot get a refund. The outside box was undamaged, but inside all six filters were crushed. I did not notice the damage for weeks because I did not open the box immediately. On their site I have asked twice for a refund and get no reply at all User's recommendation: do not order furnace filter from them.
