I buy my cigs by the carton and i have had 5 cigarettes fall apart. When i pull the cigarette from the pack, the filter comes off of the cigarette and it stays in the pack. I still have 4 more packs left in my carton so im guessing there will be more...i would like to hope this is a once in a lifetime occurrence but would like to be reimbursed for the ones i had to throw away.
