no help for a claim I started in August until today: 10/7/2019. my policy although the vehicle they claimed was totaled never taken off of my policy. I work and live life, there is no way that the stunts they pull a consumer should handle. money for my claim debited from my account for a minor incident with rental $750.00....also charged $269.00 for a month of having no vehicle, the way I was handled by customer service. priceless. I was on hold I was told several times they cannot assist me, they told me they could not transfer me to a manager, they could not resolve anything except to say call your bank and dispute the charges. what kind of idiot works somewhere where you cannot handle monies taken out of someone account, knowing the person cannot take the damaged vehicle off by themselves and still charge a hard working person for a vehicle that no longer works then tell them, you will have to dispute this with your bank!!!! My bank does not handle *** insurance! worst experience history. five companies that are better than bristol west: chick fil a benihana the gas station: valero carmax I barely go here but Walgreens, Walgreens actually lets you speak with a manager.
