I want to numerous occasions I visit the store across the street you can't purchase quality cooked chicken the fry oil has never changed it seems like you can smell the old oil from the time you walk in the store disgusting the chicken taste like *** because of this are fries taste like old grease I don't know why you don't look into this I guess it's just not important as long as the money keeps rolling in well I'm no longer a Royal farms loyal customer I've always got shaken at least once or twice a day for as long as you've been open but not anymore I'm not traveling out of my way when there's one right across the street I'm not the only one who notices this good job Royal farms which means we won't be buying our gas there or are cigarettes or anything and because of this I will take my business to Wawa right up the street thanks for nothing customer service at corporate needs a lot of improvement why I have a complaint department if nobody's going to look into it but like they say word of mouth can make or break a business food for thought
