Filed one claim that turned into another and got cancelled
Hot water heater pipe sprang a leak on March 9, service master was sent to dry out everything and on March 11 mold was discovered. Both incidents turned from one claim into two. I was assigned one adjuster and that was changed midway through. Now that it is time to put everything back to the way it was they don't want to pay for anything. I have received a deposit for a total a little over $1100.00 and all estimate submitted have been kicked back because she cant understand why more money is needed. I am missing 2 walls, a floor and part of a ceiling, a vanity, toilet and I went from 2 bathrooms down to 1, with 2 adults and 2 children.
