Filed a dispute

I filed a dispute about something on my card. They sent me a letter asking for the details of the compliant which I sent in. After not hearing from them I called, they told me that the dispute was closed because I never sent in dispute. I sent in the paperwork again, still no response from them so I called again they said they never received the information. Called right back got a different Customer Service Agent they found all the information I had sent in twice. Waited another few weeks and heard nothing and called new customer service rep told me that they never received my information. I explained that another rep found the information they said that they could not find it to finalize the dispute so this time I faxed the information to the customer dispute dept. fax number they gave me and waited. I called again in a week they said they never received the fax so I refaxed again to the same number I had already faxed to and have the confirmation to waited a week and they have again told me they did not receive the information and without it they can not investigate the dispute. I have a confirmation on the second fax I sent. They said that does me no good because they need the paperwork. Last Friday I spoke with another customer service agent who told me that she saw several letters with photos saying the same thing, so I though this would be resolved soon. Monday I received a call from someone in the dispute department that said they are still waiting for the paperwork. I told this person I just spoke with someone who told me they received it and what the letter said even. He was very nice and told me he can't find it and without it they can't to a thing to help. Today I sent the letter again, with all the information next day priority mail. All I would like is this matter resolved. Is there any way to get help on this. I have all confirmations. This time I will have the USPS confirmation signed that it was received when they get it.
