I have premium device protection plan with iPhone XR from Rogers. Unfortunately I lost my phone and claimed for service request on December 2,2019. They were asking my utility bill when I had none because I am renting and everything is provided by owner. I submit everything I had like car registration, insurance , DL and my lease papers stating all the utilities are provided by owner. Still it took them 2 weeks to approve it. I made the payment on December 13,2019. Till now I didn’t get my phone. If I call them then they just hang up the phone. Toatally frustrated and helpless.
