We've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the Lebanon TN office. But it doesn't really matter which office, it's all the same company with the same owner. We read some of the older bad reviews when we started this odyssey in April 2016 but my husband is retired law enforcement and military and I've been a consumer advocate taking on some pretty heavy hitters for the last 17 years including some in the building trades so we were confident we could hold our own. All went really well and was really pleasant until the ink on the contract was dry. 19 days after they broke ground we threw up the red flag, closed the gate and called time out. Absolutely nothing was going according to plan starting with 6 truck loads of red clay to fill the trenches, surround the house, use as a foundation to a gravel driveway and surround an 18" culvert with just a sprinkling of gravel on top. We tried like crazy to get it done right before the rains came but the company wouldn't move. You can guess what happened with the red clay mess. Our dreams of growing fruit trees and grapes went down in flames. As it turns out they used the invoices for all of the repair bills for everything that was done wrong to pad the final bill - $35,000 over our $47,000 site improvement budget. Without ever saying a word and all the while we were jumping through hoops, including filing complaints with the state contractor's licensing board and the BBB. This company never responded to our complaints at all! Oh sure we had many meetings where they listened intently and made promises that weren't followed through on. Heck, they didn't even respond to the court filing until our attorney threatened filing for default judgment. We are sticking with it because we know we can prove fraud. We are certain we can prove intent. And our damages are immeasurable. I'd say buyer beware and do your homework and remain vigilant but even that didn't help us. So now my best advice is run, do not walk, far far away from these people.
