In February of 2021, I was traveling to RI to visit my terminally ill mother. I had to make a rushed reservation for the HOLIDAY INN in Woonsocket RI. I was redirected without my knowledge to reservations.com. My reservation was for February 20, checking out on the 21st. I did not notice that they pushed it to MARCH 21st and charged me $4,665.61! Iwa was double cheking User's recommendation: NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!
