Fighting for a refund damage good! Ordered two leather jackets needs another size so was sending those back. They got lost in the mail FedEx which made me later than 30 days to return. Meanwhile ordered the size I needed receive that one damaged. Called customer service lady was very rude and tell me that because I was 30 days late on the chew send back that I only get a gift credit. I explained to her that my package when I was sending it back got lost I received it like two weeks later. They don’t care so will be sending back the one the black one and the size I needed that’s damaged and they gave me three days. I’m handicap and I need help send it back that they probably won’t even understand that one. No chat there then or if it didn’t go to mall and get the same quality the same price.
