Female Border collie show quality UNSOUND- DEMODEX

1

I purchased a female border collie show quality from Ronni DeLay in July 2016 and it was delivered to my veterinarian in the USA near her house. Upon pick up the veterinarian noticed some odd things with the puppy since she had diarrhea. Breeder knew I lived in Costa Rica where the puppy was going to live (proof attached of the USDA certificate that was obtained for the puppy to travel by her close friend named Jackie Bayes. Jackie Bayes also had inquired with me 2 months before the puppy was born where I lived, this to refute that both are saying they did not know where I lived at the time of inquiring to purchase said puppy ( proof also attached as pictures of the dog’s condition and the vet report diagnosing her condition). Attaching conversation with the breeder ( screen shots of FB messages) where she clearly states about a refund or a replacement which she has not done and cut off all communications with me. I am disgusted as I received a sick puppy with greenish eyes since she arrived, constant diarrhea that lasted up to her being 5 months. She was diagnosed with coccidia and giardia uptown arrival due to our concern with her diahrea. When she was 7 months old she started to have bald spots around her ears and head- she was diagnosed with demodex by Veterinarian Roy Mc Gregor ( report attached). She had 4 more outbreaks after this and an email was sent to Dr Carl Casey In the USA of Pawprints Genetics copying both the breeder and Jackie. I am disappointed since I put lots of veterinarian expenses into this sick dog since she arrived, treatments and aside of this lots of training into her as well ( she was exposed to sheeps, started in Agility, flyball, therapy work, obedience and tricks). First sign of a sick dog aside of drooling eyes is appetite- she had terrible appetite since she arrived and still to this day she does not eat like a normal dog. This purchase was a complete list of time and breeder total lack of ethics. It seems a lawyer prepares her written contract and because the wording “ at her discretion” appears in it she has no obligation to replace or refund. Contract attached as well.
