FEMA Declined to Return Unearned Flood Insurance Premium Upon Sale

1

When a FEMA insured property is sold the seller is allowed to cancel the FEMA flood insurance policy and receive a refund of the unearned premium. The required document(s) to be submitted are described on page 3 of the FEMA procedures found at: https://www.fema.gov/media-library-data/154161****093-878aa52bac8ac0a6baabe8ac90c92719/6_how_to_cancel_508_oct2018.pdf Per the procedures I submitted a copy of the settlement statement received incident to the closing of the sale, yet FEMA declined to cancel my policy or return any unearned premium. This is your idiot federal government at work. Medicare For All will doubtless to be a great experience for all of us.
