My fiancée and myself arrived here on Wednesday March 21... For a short stay getaway from out of state. Each night, enjoying the bets, playing the casino games etc. Today March 24th we were sitting in the Sports Area watching a game we had placed bet for. The area we were sitting in held 3 seats each row. With the last 2 rows being taken with sports couples and fans like ourselves. Shortly, after half time a manager with a name tag Mike walked through the rows. Searching for seats to sit 2 gentleman. Whom must had decided not to sit in the first row of seats available. He walked directly over to us with the people. And asked: What are yall doing back here? Then proceeded to say, where did you sneak in from? Are you even betting while you are sitting here? My first reaction was pure embarrassment, dispected, insulted, and racially profound. I looked at him and said. First, we didn't sneak in. Second, yes we do have a bet in. And we have been sitting here about 40mins to a hour now. So, he stormed off taking the 2 people with him. Maybe, I'm confused is it a certain look to sit in a certain area? Because, he assumed for some reason we could not afford too. So, why were we taking up seats? I will never felt so angry with management at any hotel I have stayed. The staff needs to be more respectful, mindful, and retrained to communicate more professional with customers.
