I have been reading all of the bad reviews and I so can relate to them, things haven't been adding up. I keep thinking I can't believe alot of my stuff hasn't sold, whats going on. I brought in a big bag of nice brand name hats, scarves, gloves etc...most brand new, never got a dime. I brought in alot of stuff and it doesn't add up to $1.05. I called the store and spoke to the owner and he said.." Oh you got your money over a period of time"....NO I did not. Because when I sold something like nick knacks or things like that it said on my web page exactly what is was for and I never saw anything about clothing or the things I brought to their Central Street Store. He told me he would send me the list and guess what, he never sent it. Hmmmm...something isn't right there for sure! I had this funny feeling with them and it appears I may have been right on. Always follow your gut feeling. I saw these reviews and I said OMG. I even directly asked the owner what charities they deal with and he said they deal with all kinds and wherever the need is...BUT he never said any names.....you would think they would be proud to say what the charities are, so makes me think this is all a front of some kind. Most business's reveal who the charities are, why wouldn't they right? Feeling shafted here and wishing I had donated the stuff to real charity myself. Will do that in the future for sure. I've also dealt with Amy, so I know what everyone is talking about. I have a feeling they don't keep help, changes alot. Hoping the right people read this, it should be looked into. PS...I am still reeling over the time I went in and they refused to take it for whatever reason. I remember standing there and thinking why? It's like new and it made no sense. I know they have to be picky so I just said ok. A few weeks later I went browsing in the store. I went to the craft section and what do I see, a very dirty plastic craft bin that I thought was just left there by a worker, I go to move it and it had a price tag on it???????????????? I was livid, they refused my item and accepted that piece of junk...seriously! That was pretty much it for me...………..pssstt,,,better business bureau!!!
