I requested to transfer my money out from CIT Bank this year. CIT rejected it, claiming that my signature did not match. CIT could not provide any evidence to support the signature mismatch CIT said that they need notary. I sent new transfer request with notary. CIT rejected it again, claiming that they need All Purpose Acknowledge. CIT did not ask for it in the first place. CIT could not provide me with the policy that defines the requirement for All Purpose Acknowledge, though I asked for it. I'll never do business with this bank again. Please think twice when you try to deposit your money to CIT Bank.
