befor i have shipped my item from Dumaguete to Poland i have inquired twice for the shipping price, the rate they gave me was 16.000 php, wich was ok.Bud wenn the item was delivered to the recipient , Fedex charge me 26.000 php.I have contacted them by a onlineform 4 times and they did not reply my messages, they ignore you. them.really unpolite..never again User's recommendation: dont trust any busenis with Fedex Ph.
