FedEx Home delivery

TN: [protected] I took the day off to be here for my package as your site says DAY-DEFINITE. Well, after 7 days I finally get an update saying it won't be on the day stated but the next day, well I CANT TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF. Day-definite is clearly an outright lie. How can you possibly claim it's going to be "Day-definite" after such an obvious lie.
