Fedex customer service clueless

I purchased a new tent online the seller used fedex, they messed up the label and I got a tent that was supposed to go to a lady in Arizona, fedex got a hold of her and they informed me they would switch packages and they picked mine up and three day later I called customer service at fedex to ask where my package was, and was told they couldn't find it, so I am out a $200 tent, I gave them the tracking number and they told me I needed the number of the package that be was sent to Arizona like I could know that number
