Fed up with their incompetence

I receive my account Invoices by e-mail, my Invoice showed a fee for paper bills, I phoned Southern Phone to query it, it turned out some moron in their accounts had me down for both paper and e-mail invoices, I made it clear that I had never requested paper bills since signing up months ago, nor had I received a paper bill, the guy said he would fix it, I asked for a new account reflecting the true amount, he said he can't do that and to pay the account without the paper fees, now I have an invoice charging me for arrears and the paper fees User's recommendation: Avoid them.
