Trying to contact them about a simple billing question (no complaints, just need a date of reoccurrence). Website "Contact Us" leads to stagnate FAQs with promotions; phone call to specific location - "closed; no one here"; call to corporate (pressed every option number in multiple calls) - pre-recorded "no representative can be reached"; Facebook - no info about COVID closing other than "we will update you" Clearly they shut down EVERYHING, so they don't have to do any cancellations/refunds due to COVID. HORRIBLE customer service. User's recommendation: if you want service, skip Xsport.
