Fed up customer …

Terrible phone service in Easton, CT. Difficult to reach by phone, chat service annoying, problems rarely resolved without tech visit and that is hard to come by. I have been without phone service since 6/2/21 and Optimum said a tech could not get to me for 2 business days! Do not D a Seh User's recommendation: Do not use Optimum or Altice Mobile if you have another choice!
