Feature not working

I recently purchased the VTI Phoneix drone and found out that the main feature I bought the drone for did not work. So I exchanged it for another one for the same product. No change. I have been scouring the internet for a reason and more over, a solution with no success. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue. Thanks, nicholas tou
