Update by user Aug 16, 2021 Updated Aug 16 - to this day IH has not contacted me. I had to reach out to them regarding another request and they failed to respond. They responded after ~ 3 weeks WHEN I contacted them. REALLLLLYYYYYYY!!!!!!!! My move out is in less than 2 months (can't get here...
