The store manager Julie of the Fairview office violated the FDCPA by disclosing the details of my account and that I owe a debt to my ex-wife. This is notable first time she has done this. She has also violated the FDCPA regarding my son. No one in this company thinks this is a serious offense. I've spoken with other store managers and customer service and everyone gives me the runaround.
