Faulty Tires

I bought Lexani tires from R&R dealership on December 3, 2017 to replace a tire that split all the way around (same brand and model LEXANI-CX-245-**-**). Now I have another tire with the same issue of splitting along the seam of the tire. I have tried to get this resolved through the dealer and will be contacting their corporate office also. They said they would send the tire to you all for checks on defects, however, I do not believe they actually did this. The R&R located on 12407 HWY 49 ST4 in Gulfport MS 39503 (2**)**2-7467. The manager knows that yes the warranty of 1 year had passed by only a few weeks and did admit that the way the tire split may be a defect but their is nothing he could do. He promised that he would mail the tire off, get a response and get back to me. I am now in the process of ordering ANOTHER tire because of the same issues! I am a military veteran that doesn't make tons of money, drive limited miles in my car, and these tires should last more than exactly 1 YEAR! This is unacceptable in any sane person's eyes and I would like someone to contact me and the DEALERSHIP that did not help me with this situation. I do not believe I should foot the bill for a faulty tire.
