Faulty product and no way to contact customer service

On order 19772, I have sent more than ten emails regarding a full refund and have received no response. I would like to return the sugar grey and the gemstone green for a full refund. I have brown eyes and the description read that these contacts would change the color of my eyes. I have only opened the blue and they made NO difference in my eye color.
