I love your products but I have been having trouble with your telescopic black carbon mascara brushes. The brush either breaks off or gets extremely loose and it's almost impossible to use. This has happened to me 3 or 4 times now. I have had to throw the mascara out and buy new ones. Mascara isn't cheap so I am literally throwing money into the garbage. Is there something you can do as I REALLY do like the brush and mascara.
