My shipment was delayed nearly a week because Paack kept trying to distribute the shipment through the wrong hub and city. Instead of placing it on a truck at their hub just 15 minutes away, they were trying to send it out of their hub over an hour away. We live in the last village in Vizcaya on the border of Alava, which is the responsibility of their Vitoria hub, yet they kept trying to send it from their hub in Bilbao. This has happened with every shipment we have received from Paack thus far. User's recommendation: If you live on the border of a province, beware!
