On March 23rd I received a refurbished computer system from Acer Direct. The keyboard did not work so I phoned the company immediately. Over the next six weeks I phoned regularly and had a series of emails with a company representative. Result Nothing. In despair I bought a keyboard locally but continued to ring Acer Direct. Fifteen days ago I was promised re-embursement in 5-7 days. On phoning today I have been told they have no record of most of my calls. I have spent more on calls that the keyboard costs and refused to 'hold' for the third time. I left my number and was promised a call back by a supervisor. No call back! Eight weeks fruitless communication.cost/bother with absolutely no result. I will not let this drop. Any advice? Mike Hoy [protected]@hotmail.co.uk28372
