Faulty Installation and no commitment to rectify from Car Dealer or Netstar

The unit was installed into my wife's cars on the 19th of July, 2021 at We Buy Cars - Midstream. We took ownership of the Vehicle on the 20th and we were informed that the installation certificates would be forthcoming so that we could register on the site. When this was received on the 21st we registered and my wife's unit was showing that she was in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. We called Netstar to test and they confirmed that this was the same result they got. They updated the unit and said it would take 24hours to update and then it would be fine. Again no such luck. Called again on the 22nd, new reference with undertaking to send technicians to come and fix the same as soon as they have confirmed availability as it was still faulty. No calls on the 23rd. Contacted the salesman at We Buy Cars and he undertook to get back to me first thing today the 26th. No such luck, called Netstar again today to log a complaint and they undertook to call us back within two hours, no such luck. So your have R6000 from us for the installation and 3 years fees, no working unit and a stack of promises with no results. Is this how you intend to start a long lasting relationship with your clients. I am appalled and disgusted with the service and the fact that you are willing to stand by seeing that my wife is placed in danger by your unit being dysfunctional and you simply being happy that you have the money and not delivering on expectations. Really is it so much to expect to have a working unit.
