Hi, This is the second time I have completed this form as I have not received any response the first time which was nearly one month ago. Date of purchase: 16th September Order number: BZKGCQW8 Product: Used Demo Apple Iphone 6S 64GB Phone - Space Grey The phone is getting very hot during use and the battery life is very low. Once is has been fully charged the battery is only lasting for a max of 4-5 hrs after very little use. We would like to request a refund please
