Faulty, defective AirPod Pros

Update by user Jun 29, 2020 With the help of PayPal the supplier has offered a full refund when they receive the returned product. The refund will come via PayPal as I would not trust the supplier. Original review posted by user May 30, 2020 The AirPod Pros won't hold charge past a few minutes, constantly cut out and make noises. Secondly they were invoiced as a genuine Apple product, which is not the case. The case is now under review with PayPay which I am sure will be resolved. I asked for a full refund and was offered $4, a joke. User's recommendation: Never have anything to do with this company!
