Faulty coat

I bought a coat from tkmax for winter and the padding of the coat has falling to the bottom of coat. I took it into a Taylor and they were shocked to see how the lining of the coat has been incorrectly sew. The rain poors though the coat it's not winter proff at all and that why I bought it.. So upset Many thanks Zara
