Beco customer service refuse fix or exchange my faulty waching machine bough from Tesco direct. I have reported that I need an engineer on 31/1/2017 still waiting of faulty nearly cost the fire after finishing washing smoke came out. I am not happy with customer servise they not helpful sending from one to other. No respect at all. 2 weeks and counting when my waching machine will be replace. I prepared take to court if I have to because both sides have done anything to resolved a situation.
