Fault on domestic hw call (supply sensor error) but not on heat call

bad sensor.. i explained to bob my situation. gave him the information i had gathered from my evaluation. he immediately gave me the resolution with the new part number that needed replacement. thats how tech support is suppose to work. field tech and company tech on the same page. i did my training at crown and learned what my limitations are in the field.. thanks for the help bob.
