I purchase a warranty agreement for a Beetle, I sold the Beetle a couple of months letter and advised Paychex to change it to a Mini Cooper, but in order to get a commission, he did not change it as he told me, he wrote a new contract, then to add insult to injury enkephalins the Beetle in force and taking out of my bank account for both for 3 months, I was passed from person to person and still have not had this issue resolved, They are more concerned about a commission, then their clients I dont usually post complaints, but this is warranted
