I have been selling many of my bags and accessories to fashionphile for many years never had an issue. Finally I gave in and bought an item. They shipped promptly but when I receive the item was counterfeit. I called and they said they will not be refunding me. So of course I filed a charge dispute. I figured since they wouldn’t let me use my account anymore that I’d have my friend open an account and help me sell the items since I never had an issue selling to them and receiving my money. Then the items that Were sent in for buyouts they did not send payment! Instead they are holding the items and want to hand deliver the items to me through a security company! How ridiculous. They said that I need to sign a letter stating that I, my friends nor my family or anyone I’m affiliated to are allowed to sell or buy from Them. How ridiculous is that? I receive an unauthentic item and asked for a return and was refused return. I’ve never had an issue with selling an item to fashionphile which is why I Asked my friend to help me sell to them. They make profit off each and every item I’ve sold to them.
