Farm Loan Bond scam Sen.Hrg 99-974

Please call me!!! 405-382-****. This conflict of interest, collateral scam, perversion of court reciprocity may apply to many, many others. Big need for class action. I was required to pay $60,000 down pay-ment, to include in loan $6000 for stock which was never accounted for, loan totaling $108,000, paid down to $66,000 according to Statement of the lender, who then by inhouse appraisal [although several buildings were built without additional borrowing], reduced the valuation from the purchase price to the loan amount to qualify for foreclosure sale thereafter due to State minimum bid required of 2/3. An S&L lender on a different property, although Trustee confirmed Plan performance and timely payments were documented, was allowed to foreclose and sell where the loan was not audited by the lender's regulator, balance paid well ahead of amortization and hazard insurance was billed for non-existent structure. This is the cost of deregulation. Currently, the Presidential candidates who have retirement income from Congress (all but Romney) pursuant to 28 U.S.C.376(d) and (f) described in FCA Senate Hearing 99-974, have a conflict of interest because that program required their participa- tion in high interest, long term (to 2005) Federal Farm Loan bonds, some having no-call provisions but were secured by loans made that did have prepayment privilege and had to be "rolled" by fraudulent foreclosure to avoid being "junk", i.e. without collateral. And the Congress (with their Presidential candidate connections) wonder why their 10% rating for doing nothing when constituents beg for intervention. It gets worse: City Managers and Fire Chiefs targeting by "delayed and reduced" fire response, properties having no mortgage on them. By the way, all of this is in perversion of veterans home loan guaranty. I even had a DVA rep. testify that they would not approve a loan for $5800 mortgage balance when my active duty monthly income as a colonel was $5000. Who is your Oklahoma associate?
