You who is giving your so call comments must be a rainbow dealer... is this how you were taught by rainbow to criticize other competitors... hmmm how small you can be... guess what, I rather buy my machine from roboclean because they are truthful about what I'm purchasing and they don't criticize the rainbow. In fact they praise the rainbow... I bought my machine 10 years ago and it is still running fantastic and their after sales service is fantastic... They call and inform you on a yearly basis to send it in for your regular check up.. I bought my machine from Malaysia and the sales person is still serving me till today.
