I was going to rent a playstation game and the one's their didn't have a tracking device on their and somebody has a game out since july 7th and do back july 9th and it is august 11th and they can't get it back because they don't know who has it but the person who hasn't it got it back and they haven't called the police because they really don't know who has it and they can't call them because they don't know who has it but the person who has the account and they know who took it but the can't tell the cops or they will get in trouble for telling on them and the cops don't know who took it and they need to put tracking devices on the games
