Redfin estimates extremely off! They falsely claim that there’s are the most accurate, hope no one actually believes this statement. I contacted customer service about the in accurate estimates only to be told that the algorithm is off. If their algorithm is off how can Redfin be accurate? Per county auditor, of the 30 homes on our street our house taxable property assessment is the eighth highest. However when looking at their estimates of our street Redfin estimates our house to be the second lowest. The lowest being $5000 less than ours. The third lowest is $1000 more and they have 1000 less square footage. After that the estimated home values jump up $57,000 or more. These homes are less square footage than ours and have not been remodeled in years if it all! (since buying our house we have fully remodeled bathrooms, kitchen, New furnace new driveway etc. etc. etc. these of all been noted in our home facts.) Word to the wise do your homework before trusting this app or Redfin website. FYI this review most likely will be deleted just like all my other reviews of Redfin.
