Prospective client saw advertisement in el clasificado, 6/23/2010 issue, page 39. Prospective client called, made appointment for attorney representation for a restraining order filed against him. "attorney" quoted him $800 on the phone. At the office, a gentlemen identified himself as "robert torrejon, attorney" and changed his fee to $1200. Client paid $1200 and received receipt and left the building. He thought that they were legit attorney's office and he expected them to represent him on certain date. One week prior to the court date, client could not find the attorney listed in the calbar.org listings as attorney. No phone calls were being returned.
