False Promise-Don’t Bother!
I ordered a Bliss topper on Saturday- the header on the item said "Ships in 24-48 hours". Not "ususally ships" like you see sometimes on Amazon. Unlike Amazon though there is no one holding these people to an ethical standard. After ordering I saw the above review and was thinking "oh boy". Sent an email out on Saturday then received a reply back from Heidi:"It should arrive by the end of this week, as soon as I have tracking information your account will be updated." Replied asking if it would ship today(Monday). Reply: "It should arrive by the end of this week, as soon as I have tracking information your account will be updated". Replied back that if it didn't ship Monday it would arrive too late and to cancel the order. She replied she would have to check with the manufacturer- which said she didn't have it in inventory and thus her first email was probably incorrect in the least and deceptive at worst. I told her it appeared it was not going to ship on Monday as advertised therefore to cancel. Still no reply, so I just disputed this with my Visa issuer and that will take care of it. Interesting that before I started indicating a cancellation of the order I got replies and their phone was answered. I've left three messages for callbacks and there have been non.
